Goods ordered online will be delivered within approximately 5-7 working days.
FREE shipping Australia wide is available on all orders over $300.
A flat rate of $10 postage and handling will be charged for any order less than $300.
NEW ZEALAND AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We will provide a quote for deliveries to locations outside of Australia.

You can track parcels in the following ways: For orders in Australia – contact Australia Post Customer Care Centre on 13 11 18. For orders to New Zealand – contact NZ Post on 0800 501 501.
Please note that occasionally customs inspections may also delay delivery by a few days. Postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a “gift”, even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.
Obsession Shoes insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you, for delivery purposes then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Obsession Shoes and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 5-7 working days. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of despatch.
Please ensure that you have contacted us for a RAN number and printed out one of our Returns Forms before sending back your goods.

All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Shoes will not be accepted if in an unsalable condition and not in original packaging with a copy of the original receipt.
Please goods are considered faulty if they are received damaged or a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Where possible, we will offer to repair and replace faulty items. If the issue is not repairable or the same product/size is not available, you are entitled to a full refund in the original tender. Any postage incurred when returning faulty shoes will be reimbursed.
Do not send back faulty goods without emailing or calling first to receive your RAN. Faulty shoes will need to be inspected by us or the manufacturer before a suitable solution can be found.
You must contact for your RAN within 7 days of receiving your goods. Goods must be posted within 14 days of receipt. Returns outside this timeframe may not be accepted or only offered as store credit.
Shoes returned without a RAN will be returned to the sender.
**RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns or exchanges on unworn re-saleable merchandise are available within 7 days of the purchase date.
Sale items cannot be returned for refund or exchange unless faulty.
Receipt or proof of purchase is required with all returns.
Refunds will be given in the tender of the original purchase.
If you change your mind about an item, provided that you have not worn the item(s) and it is in the same condition it was in when you received it, you may choose to return it, within 7 days.
Email email@example.com or call (02) 6687 1018 before returning your item(s) to receive your RAN (Returns Authorisation Number) which you will need to return your goods.
All return postage costs will be at your expense with the exception of a return that has been deemed faulty. Please include proof of any postages costs to be reimbursed for faulty items.
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
We recommend that items are returned to us via courier or registered Australia Post to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit.

RETURN TO STORE
Simply bring your item(s) with your receipt to the Obsession Shoes store at 1a/43 Byron Street, Bangalow, New South Wales 2479 where you may exchange your item(s) of equal value (or for an item of lesser value, a credit note for the balance of the purchase price) or a credit note for the same amount as the purchase price of the item.
Please return items within 14 days of purchase.
Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Obsession Shoes, however depending on the circumstances may only be refunded as a store credit.
Please note exchanges are subject to stock availability.
The item(s) you exchange must be of equal or greater value.
The customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges.

We have made every effort to display our products, colours and sizes as accurately as possible on the Obsession Shoes website. Different mediums can display information differently therefore there may be slight colour variances. Measurements provided on our website are approximate as products can slightly vary in production. Sizes are shown in European sizes EU 35 | EU 36 | EU 37 | EU 38 | EU 39 | EU 40 | EU 41 | EU 42. Some Miz Mooz styles include half sizes.
